Field Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at ACS Business Performance Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs, on-site commissioning, service, and calibration of customer's inline inspection equipment to the stated processes and procedures.
  • Provide on-site customer training where required.
  • Adapt to all types of environments and comply with local client's health and safety regulations.
  • Cooperate by working overtime as required.
  • Participate in the on-call standby rota system as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Good Technical Electrical / Electronics skills.
  • Minimum ONC or similar qualification in electromechanical / electrical engineering.
  • Ideally, experience in a field service role and familiarity with all aspects of customer service including commissioning, repairs, and servicing.
  • PLC programming and knowledge of PC hardware is an advantage.
