Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at YourRecruit. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' fire safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend customer sites to perform planned preventive maintenance on fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and unscheduled work, attending sites in the most efficient and cost-effective way while meeting customer Service Level Agreements.
  • Complete service worksheets and company documents comprehensively, in line with BS5839 and company policies.
  • Proactively feed back on-site issues, non-compliances, and additional work possibilities to the Field Services Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service when responding to customers.
  • Attend follow-up visits to ensure remedial work is completed within Service Level Agreement timescales specific to customer.
  • Liaise with the QHSE Manager for quality audit purposes, calibration of equipment, and Field audits.
Requirements:
  • FIA Foundation with extensive knowledge of BS5839.
  • Modification of Fire Safety Systems configuration.
  • Customer service focused.
