Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our National Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality field-based technical expertise to our customers within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs, on-site commissioning, service, and calibration of customer's inspection equipment to stated processes and procedures.
  • Provide on-site customer training where required.
  • Adapt to various environments and comply with local clients' health and safety regulations.
  • Work overtime as and when required.
  • Participate in the on-call standby rota system as needed.
  • Provide technical support via phone and email where required.
Requirements:
  • Good technical electrical/electronic skills - minimum HNC or similar qualification in electromechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Ideal experience in a field service role and familiarity with customer service aspects, including commissioning, repairs, and servicing.
  • PLC programming and knowledge of PC hardware an advantage.
  • Full current UK driving license.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
