We are seeking a highly skilled Due Diligence Analyst to join our Procurement and Supply Chain function at Mane Contract Services.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our controls are robust and effective, fostering positive communication across the workforce, and managing functional activities related to Supplier On-boarding and Supplier Risk processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Supplier On-boarding process to ensure seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Assist with adherence to Anti-Bribery Management System policies to maintain a culture of ethics and compliance.
  • Assess ethical and financial outputs from third parties to ensure alignment with our company values.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business solutions and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
  • Experience in a similar sector is highly desirable.
