This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our controls are robust and effective, fostering positive communication across the workforce, and managing functional activities related to Supplier On-boarding and Supplier Risk processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Supplier On-boarding process to ensure seamless integration with our business operations.
- Assist with adherence to Anti-Bribery Management System policies to maintain a culture of ethics and compliance.
- Assess ethical and financial outputs from third parties to ensure alignment with our company values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business solutions and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
- Experience in a similar sector is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Ivalua, and third-party online data solutions is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
