Job Title: Senior Producer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our team at JD Sports Fashion. As a Senior Producer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative ideas to life, delivering high-quality content for various channels, including digital, TVC, and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage pre-production, production, and post-production processes, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to secure resources, budget, and schedules.
  • Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Manage and contract 3rd party vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, crew, and suppliers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure Health and Safety protocols are in place for all productions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including call sheets, run of schedules, and PPMs.
  • Act as an ambassador for the JD Sports Fashion team, promoting the company's unique skills and services.
  • Support the development of internal and external relationships, ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality content on time and within budget.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a strong understanding of the production process and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work accurately, effectively, and quickly turn work around while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Passion for creative and interest in retail, with a desire to develop a deep understanding of the nuances associated with individual creative disciplines.
