Job Title: Senior Producer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our team at JD Sports Fashion. As a Senior Producer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative ideas to life, managing production schedules, and ensuring that all production elements connect seamlessly in the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Projects and work closely with Project Managers and Studio Departments to deliver high-quality productions on time and on budget.
  • Develop and implement production plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production, to ensure that all elements are complete, on brand, and meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement innovative ideas and concepts that meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure that all productions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality productions on time and on budget.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a strong understanding of production processes and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work accurately, effectively, and quickly turn work around while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to stakeholders and team members.
  • Passion for creative and interest in retail.
  • Desire to develop and gain a greater understanding of the business.
  • Appetite to move creative forward and create exciting, on-brand campaigns.
