We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stills Producer to join our team at Havas Lynx Group. As a Senior Stills Producer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content for our clients, working closely with our creative team to bring their vision to life.

About the Role

As a Senior Stills Producer, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with our creative team to develop and execute visual content strategies
  • Managing and coordinating with photographers, set designers, and other external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with top-tier photographers and talent agencies
  • Understanding market rates and negotiating the best rates possible with external suppliers
  • Working on set with directors and account teams to manage the full shoot and ensure timely delivery
  • Researching and recceing potential locations, managing negotiations, and leading communication with location owners and suppliers
  • Providing on-set backup and support as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stills Producer who has a proven track record of producing high-quality visual content. You should have:

  • Depth of experience in shoot production with high-calibre talent and artist portfolios
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Great relationships with top-tier photographers and talent agencies
  • Experience working with talent on and off set, and managing direct relationships with their agents and representatives
  • Creatively minded with meticulous attention to detail for financial and shoot documentation
  • Confident and experienced at production campaigns of various budgets and timelines
  • Capability to produce location and studio shoots
  • Excellent knowledge of video and photo production, editing software, and marketing trends
  • Organisational skills with a pragmatic mind, prioritising tasks, using initiative, and self-time management
