Havas Lynx Group is a leading creative communications agency dedicated to changing the way the world does healthcare communications for the better. We're seeking an experienced Senior Stills Producer/Photography Producer to join our team in Manchester.

As a Senior Stills Producer/Photography Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality visual content, collaborating with in-house resources and external partners to ensure flawless execution of projects. You will develop and maintain relationships with top-tier photographers, set designers, and talent/model agents to secure the best talent for our campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with directors and account teams to manage shoots and react to potential curveballs
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with photographers, set designers, and talent/model agents
  • Understanding market rates and negotiating the best rates possible with suppliers
  • Researching and recceing locations, managing negotiations, and leading communication with owners/suppliers
  • Providing on-set backup and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of creative output

We're looking for someone with:

  • Depth of experience in shoot production with high-calibre talent and artist portfolios
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Great relationships with top-tier photographers, talent/photographer agents
  • Creatively minded with meticulous attention to detail for financial and shoot documentation
  • Confidence and experience in production campaigns of various budgets and timelines
