Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our team at JD Sports Fashion. As a Senior Producer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative ideas to life, managing production schedules, and ensuring that all production elements connect seamlessly in the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Projects and work closely with Project Managers and Studio Departments to deliver high-quality productions on time and on budget.
  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage pre-production, including securing budget, production schedules, and outside suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee projects in the studio and on location, ensuring that all production elements are complete, on budget, on time, and on brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver world-class commercial productions that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and contract 3rd party vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of local and national production contacts to ensure access to the best talent and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve production processes and drive business growth.
  • Provide accurate up-front project preparation, including budgeting and scheduling, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure that all productions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the production team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay focused on personal and professional development, seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality productions on time and on budget.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of the production process and the ability to develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of producers and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work accurately, effectively, and quickly turn work around while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve production processes and drive business growth.
