Senior Field Specialist

Spherical Search is seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Pharmaceutical Development team, you will play a critical role in the development of innovative aerosol-based delivery technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute exploratory product development programs in the field of aerosol formulation, with a focus on peptides and proteins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and prepare new proposals of work, leveraging your expertise in formulation development and inhalation analytical testing.
  • Support the Pharmaceutical Development teams in the development of revenue-generating portfolio of work for our customers, both internally and externally.
  • Participate in scientific discussions with customers, academic and industrial partners, regulatory agencies, and Senior Management to drive project progress and resolve technical challenges.
  • Act as a role model for the organization as a scientific leader and influencer, promoting the company values and adhering to industry standards.
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant discipline, with a strong background in formulation development and inhalation analytical testing.
  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of leading exploratory product development programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at scientific meetings, webinars, and conferences.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's services, contract development/research, pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
