Operatives (Falkirk) - Grounds Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our grounds maintenance team in Falkirk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned works within agreed timescales, to an agreed specification, and to idverde's high standards.
- Work as part of our reinstatement team, with knowledge and experience of Reinstatement for Utilities on Highways and Private sites.
- Backfillers/Reinstatement Teams - possess skills and knowledge of all aspects of backfilling excavations around live services and reinstatement techniques, including Tarmac, modular services, slabs, kerbs, setting ironworks, and concrete.
- HGV Drivers - hold a valid HGV Licence and experience of driving a Hotbox or Grab/HIAB lorry, working alongside teams.
- Communicate clearly and positively with the Manager.
- Ensure you always wear the correct uniform & PPE.
- Ensure vehicles and machinery are in good working order, properly used, and maintained.
- Full driving licence preferred.
- Valid NRSWA Streetworks card preferred.
- Demonstrate and implement daily health & safety in the workplace.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a wider team.
- Physically demanding role, involving working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Update all relevant documentation using a tablet/phone.
