Electrical Technician Specialist

At EVera Recruitment, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our client's innovative team. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge electric vehicle drivetrain systems and contribute to the development of bespoke vehicles and kit builds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and building 12V wiring looms and harnesses with precision, constructing high-voltage (HV) looms to meet project requirements and safety standards, conducting quality inspections on in-house and purchased looms, documenting build processes, and assembling electrical components as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and build 12V wiring looms and harnesses with precision.
- Construct high-voltage (HV) looms to meet project requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct quality inspections on in-house and purchased looms.
- Document all build processes and maintain accurate records.
- Assemble electrical components as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wiring harness and loom assembly.
- Experience wiring ancillary components like fuse boxes and controllers.
- Ability to specify loom lengths, routing, and retention for best performance.
- Proficiency in reading electrical engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring top quality in all work.
