About the Role
Leeds College Of Building is seeking a highly skilled Construction Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Construction Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with the approved budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
- 4 or more GCSEs grades A-C (9-4) and a minimum of 2 A Levels or BTEC equivalent.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, contract administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
