  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including sports clubs, gym instructors, and consultants.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical specialisms and business disciplines, such as training, marketing, and management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of clinic standards and identify potential risks to the Regional Lead.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending external conferences and events.
  • Adhere to the CSP's Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour and the HCPC's Standards of conduct, performance, and ethics.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop service improvements.
Requirements:
  1. BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree.
  2. Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Senior Society of Physiotherapy.
  3. Postgraduate Women's Health (Pelvic Health) specific training.
  4. Evidence of continued professional development.
  5. Excellent written English skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Previous experience in the private healthcare sector.
  8. Minimum 3 years of relevant postgraduate clinical experience.
