We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Nordsterne, working on Saturdays from 9am - 1pm. As a Chartered Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality care to a self-pay and private medical insured patient caseload, adhering to our established clinical pathways.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload with autonomy and clinical-reasoning skills.
  • Comply with Bodyset policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, referring parties, and multidisciplinary team members, respecting privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
  • Counsel clients on optimal nutrition, exercise, and wellbeing, promoting positive health outcomes.
  • Proactively attract returning and new client business, leading corporate workshops and events.
  • Continuously strive to improve clinic standards, identifying risks and contributing to service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation, records, and statistical information, adhering to contractual service level agreements.
  • Develop as a Chartered Physiotherapist, evidencing continued professional development through conferences, events, and CPD.

Requirements include:

  • BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree.
  • Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Ability to work autonomously, delivering against Bodyset's clinical pathways.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
