Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to join our team at Joss Search. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with traditional administrative duties, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Overseeing the operations and management of the office, including managing the workplace services budget and ensuring compliance with corporate directives.
  • Managing and maintaining office facilities, equipment, and supplies, including coordinating and organizing events and acting as the main point of contact for vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintaining office procedures and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and adaptable with excellent administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
