TP ICAP Group Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Lifecycle Onboarding Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Job Summary:We are looking for a talented individual to support the Client Onboarding team in delivering Business As Usual (BAU) activities and assisting the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast-paced Financial Services environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective client lifecycle processes, ensuring activities are executed to defined service levels and on a timely basis, meeting the requirements of the business.
- Complete onboarding cases for low, medium, and high-risk clients across all businesses at TP ICAP, undertaking and thoroughly completing all necessary KYC/AML and due diligence checks.
- Monitor negative media alerts and investigate and escalate to compliance where necessary.
- Utilize screening tools to complete efficient client screening related to BAU cases.
- Assist with group mailbox management, respond to queries, and allocate emails within the team.
- Build key relationships with internal Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers.
- Liaise with the Anti-Financial Crime team in London on cases escalated on AML/KYC risks.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, high organization skills, and a proactive approach.
- Demonstrate strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills; adapt communication style to suit audience.
- Show evidence of being comfortable working in fast-paced or pressured environments.
- Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of financial markets.
- Previous experience in a similar organization.
- Passion in achieving results and goals.
