Job Purpose

As a Hairdressing and Barbering Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of aspiring hairdressers and barbers. You will contribute to the development and delivery of engaging learning programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver dynamic lessons using a variety of teaching methods to inspire and motivate students.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of courses and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Promote a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs remain relevant and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Experience
