Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Be At One in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable nights out for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, providing personalized service and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and cocktails, adhering to our strict standards and guidelines.
  • Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, showcasing your knowledge of our extensive menu.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues, upholding our high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to raise the bar in bartending, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of our service.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old, as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Have a natural ability to deliver exceptional service, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Have a strong understanding of mixology and cocktail-making, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
