Job Title: Hospitality Management Assessor

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Management Assessor to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Assessor to work with us and deliver high-quality training and assessment services to learners in the Hospitality sector.

As a Hospitality Management Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4, including Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, and Hospitality Management.

You will work with learners to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop action plans to achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment services to learners in the Hospitality sector.
  • Work with learners to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop action plans.
  • Deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4, including Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, and Hospitality Management.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise, and motivate learners to achieve their desired outcomes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working as a Front of House Manager within a Hotel setting.
  • A strong understanding of the Hospitality sector and its requirements.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
