Customer Service Representative Opportunity

30 Hours P/W - flexible hours available

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at SPAR Garden City. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

About the Role:

Customer Service:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, answering their queries and assisting them in finding products.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a positive and friendly service.
  • Upsell selected products to customers, highlighting multi-buy offers to ensure maximum sales.

Store Operations:

  • Work stock, checking deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Complete additional assigned tasks, such as date checking, stock and gap checking, price changes, and promotional displays.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential.
