Job Title: Business Analyst - Collateral Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in Collateral Management to join our team at Smart IT Frame LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end Collateral Management Life Cycle, with experience in Biparty and Triparty Collateral Management functionalities.

  • Mandatory Certifications: IIBA ECBA, CBAP, AAC, and external BA certifications such as IIBA AAC, CCBA, CBAP, or CSPO from Scrum Alliance.
  • Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of the end-to-end Collateral Management Life Cycle, with experience in Biparty and Triparty Collateral Management functionalities.
  • Vendor Experience: Prior experience with vendor products in Collateral Management, such as Transcend.
  • Strong Domain Knowledge: Securities Lending, Collateral Management, OTC markets, and BFSI domain.
  • Business Analysis Experience: Designing and implementing applications involving collateral management strategies aligned with the company's risk appetite and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strategy Implementation: Experience in implementing strategies for collateral eligibility optimization, securities lending, repo transactions, and collateral transformation.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction to business and tech teams for managing collateral operations, developing efficient workflows, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • BA Role Understanding: Well-versed with BA responsibilities such as understanding BRD/FRD, writing, and managing end-to-end implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and excellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with Business Heads, Operations, and Users.
  • Methodology Exposure: Good exposure to Agile methodology and Program Management.
  • Technical Skills: Good to have SQL knowledge.
  • Experience Range: 15 years.
