About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our KINTO Innovation Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and customer focus to meet the evolving needs of our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the KINTO Innovation Team to develop and implement innovative products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage a team of innovation professionals to deliver projects and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the KINTO Innovation Team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading innovation teams and driving business growth through innovation.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive and leasing industries, including fleet management and product development.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business strategy and planning processes.
