Lead Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Lead Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership for the assessment and management of general adult inpatients admitted to Hadleigh Unit, PICU.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership for the assessment and management of general adult inpatients admitted to Hadleigh Unit, PICU.
- Take part in the out of hours on-call rota.
- Provide medical leadership into the flow and capacity team.
- Provide clinical expertise into the management of complex cases.
- Perform RC input to aid Mental Health Act implementation on the ward.
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Registration with the General Medical Council and on the Specialist Register.
