Ernest and Florent, a leading fit out contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead their fast-track projects in the midlands region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of retail and leisure projects, ranging in value from £500K to £5M. A strong understanding of construction principles and practices is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the construction director to drive business growth and expansion

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail fit-out sector
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
