Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Supervisor to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing a team of salespeople to sell bespoke menswear services to new and existing high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse sales data to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Introduce add-on sales and maximise sales in a professional and knowledgeable style.
  • Ensure understanding of ongoing sales targets and business performance, tracking and reacting on a weekly basis.
  • Follow all stock management procedures, including inventory awareness and commercial awareness of stock levels.
  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
  • Experience with tailoring products, ideally at an MTM and Bespoke level, in a supervisory or higher Sales Assistant position.
  • Strong understanding and confidence in customer service, with an understanding of the full sales process from an initial enquiry to after-care service.
  • Commercial mindset - Experience with revenue-driving targets and the ability to support the team delivering them.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both within the store and as written communication.
  • Previous experience shipping internationally (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion and retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue growth.
