Sales Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Bespoke Personnel. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit and assist with promotion agreements and new SKU forms for supermarkets and major distributors.
  • Run various sales reports daily and communicate with the team.
  • Retro calculate customer promotions.
  • Handle telephone orders from customers and respond to customer queries.
  • Support the sales team in winning new business.
  • Address issues raised with the supply chain, including transportation, logistics systems, and stock shortages, while working jointly with sales and accounts to flag price discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial sense.
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or retail operations is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient in using several systems to manipulate data.
  • Ability to work between multiple systems to manipulate data.
  • Strong Excel skills.
