National Account Manager

About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the interface between General Mills UK and our strategically important retail partners in the EUAU region. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, share, and profit goals for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales plans for key customers, ensuring accurate financial and volume forecasts.
- Lead the implementation of promotional plans within defined investment budgets, identifying and evaluating revenue management opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and recommend account strategies, maximizing sales and gross profit for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging internal and external networks to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing different categories into the UK&I retailers across the grocery channel.
- Strong influencing skills, commercial acumen, and ability to develop and present compelling sales presentations.
- Advanced forecasting and commercial modelling skills, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
