About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Planning Assistant to join our dynamic team at Mbf. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will support senior financial planners by preparing financial reports, conducting research, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research on financial products, investment strategies, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Analyse client portfolios and provide data-driven insights to support financial planning decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial data, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the financial planning team, including tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in financial planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to clients and stakeholders.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in financial planning and attain relevant certifications.
