Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Paraplanner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support senior financial planners by preparing financial reports, conducting research, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of detailed financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research on financial products, investment strategies, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Analyze client portfolios and provide data-driven insights to support financial planning decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial data, ensuring seamless communication with the financial planning team.
  • Provide administrative support to the financial planning team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 1 year of paraplanning experience and hold a few RO exams or be fully Level 4 Diploma qualified.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to pursue a career in financial planning and attain relevant certifications.
