The Role: Senior Graphic Designer

We're seeking a passionate and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge visual concepts across various channels, including marketing, e-commerce, product development, and studio initiatives.

Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and deliver exceptional creative solutions that drive business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling artwork for seasonal campaigns, marketing materials, and other projects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Karen Millen brand identity and ensure consistent application across all channels.
  • Produce high-quality social media content, email campaigns, e-commerce assets, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts for presentations, decks, and other marketing materials.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to the Creative Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of current design trends and industry best practices.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers within the team.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), with knowledge of After Effects or other animation software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and understanding of brand identity.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
