Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trade Surveillance Associate to join our team at Capco. As a Trade Surveillance Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' trading teams by ensuring that all trades are legitimate and there is no reputational damage or risk.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in the trade life cycle or trade management and will be able to work in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Process execution: ability to follow detailed procedures accurately
  • Process improvement: identify ways to improve processes
  • Documentation collation: Identify which documents need to be obtained and review for accuracy against set standards. Responding to internal and external queries.
  • Cross-training new team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Driven, diligent, and process-oriented approach
  • Experience in Trade Surveillance/Trade Management/Trade Lifecycle Analysis
  • Experience in Financial Services (Ideally Investment Banking)
  • Awareness of key topics such as Ramping/Market Abuse/Spoofing
  • Great communication skills – written & verbal
