About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Manager to join our team at Peregrine. As a key member of our client's programme delivery team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring a seamless transition to new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to operational teams, supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies.
  2. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring the successful delivery of benefits and improvement outcomes.
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with operational business representatives, programme leads, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful coordination and delivery of business changes.
  4. Communicate complex information to various audiences, including Ministers, Senior Civil Service, Programme Board, and external organisations, through the preparation of high-quality written briefing and other communication materials.
  5. Act as a member of the Stansted Programme Management Team, representing the views and interests of Border Force and providing direction and strong leadership.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience of delivery in complex and fast-paced projects or programmes, including the successful application of project methodologies.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide direction and make balanced judgements.
  3. Ability to build support networks quickly and maintain positive, professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  4. Flexibility and versatility, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify potential issues and risks, and develop plans to mitigate these.
  6. Well-organised, with experience of balancing multiple responsibilities and delegating effectively when necessary.
  7. Change or project management qualification, such as APMG Change Management.
