We are committed to creating a prosperous society and are passionate about making a difference. Our UK Estimating team is thriving, and we are now looking for talented Associate Director-level Estimating professionals to work on exciting projects and support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Production
    • Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects and programs
  • Estimating Support
    • Support the setup of major programs and projects
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead or manage the production of estimates and cost plans
    • Develop and promote estimating good practice within the company
    • Act as a role model for less experienced staff
    • Take a lead role in interfacing with clients and other consultants
  • New Business Development
    • Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients
    • Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities
  • Staff Management
    • Manage staff (where appropriate)
  • Knowledge Management
    • Manage knowledge and expertise within the team
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
    • Proven relevant experience
  • Experience
    • Previous experience working with estimating software packages
    • Experience working on major programs and projects
    • Experience working in the Infrastructure sector (Rail, air, power, highways)
    • Experience leading and managing teams
