Job Summary:

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fiscal Analyst to join our team. As a Fiscal Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing the costs attributed to research and development projects, submitting reports and amendments to ensure compliance with HMRC legislation and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost summaries and tax return submissions/amendments to maximize client benefit, accuracy, and due diligence.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate and instruct clients and stakeholders on technical aspects of claims related to the Tax Analyst role to ensure accurate benefit realization.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong computer and IT skills, including data processing, typing, and internet research abilities, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with credit control and finance teams to establish accurate and timely processing of client billing, and communicate the basis of this to clients in an effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mathematics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Physics, or Finance.
  • Skills: Excel skills are desired but not essential; a positive attitude and desire to succeed are essential.
