Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in supporting our expanding multi-site operations within the leisure and travel sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert financial guidance to ensure informed commercial decisions are made.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Three-Year Financial Forecast for the organization, delivering regular updates throughout the fiscal year.
  • Oversee the Annual Budgeting process, managing a suite of financial models and collaborating with key stakeholders for thorough review and challenge.
  • Conduct detailed forecasting, including scenario analyses for critical seasonal periods.
  • Assist the Business Development team in crafting financial models for new business initiatives, including site openings and potential acquisitions.
  • Perform Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for new ventures and venue refurbishments.
  • Create and present financial models and data visualizations to enhance understanding of business performance.
  • Communicate financial outcomes, including budgets and forecasts, in a clear and concise manner to meet corporate standards.
  • Support the Commercial Finance team by delivering timely and relevant analyses for ad hoc requests.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA. We also welcome applications from part-qualified or QBE candidates.
