Role Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of a critical integration project, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards, including overseeing subprojects. The primary objective is to integrate a network with existing solutions, migrating them to a standardized infrastructure and services platform. This role also involves coordinating with a relocation project, especially concerning IT and OT services. An ongoing project, aimed at replacing the current file share service with a cloud-based solution, is expected to be completed by FY25.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and detail the project roadmap, including sub-projects or workstreams.
  • Allocate and manage resources, ensuring the project team is adequately staffed.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project team members.
  • Manage risk and emergency protocols for the project.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Project Manager to plan and monitor project costs.
  • Oversee overall project costs and maintain a fiscal year cost view.
  • Maintain alignment with the PMO for project management.
