About the Role:

Nixon Allen Limited is seeking an experienced SME Account Handler to join our team in Manchester. As an SME Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing an established book of SME commercial clients, handling renewals, mid-term changes, new business enquiries, and dealing with general client queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of SME commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Handle renewals, mid-term changes, and new business enquiries, working closely with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Deal with general client queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience of commercial insurance products, with a strong understanding of SME business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work within a small team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
