Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our Major Projects community, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across the water sector.
As a Design Manager, you will oversee all aspects of delivery, including design and build projects, detailed design delivery, and owners engineer services. You will work collaboratively with clients and other partner organizations to identify innovative and sustainable solutions, plan technical delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams.

About YouWe are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in technical engineering, construction management, or a related field. You will have prior experience of working in a design leadership role on major projects, and hold qualifications in engineering or project management.
You will have a proven track record of achieving a position of trusted partner with clients and other stakeholders, and acting as a mentor for less experienced team members. You will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of large and complex construction / engineering projects, particularly within the water or related infrastructure sectors.
