We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team at Matchtech. As a Design Manager, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating the design process for water and wastewater projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the design process for water and wastewater projects
- Ensure design quality control processes are adhered to
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver designs effectively
- Deliver designs and tenders that meet program, budget, and quality requirements
- Adapt to changing scenarios and maintain a proactive approach
- Understand and manage responsibilities under CDM regulations
- Qualified design engineer with academic credentials
- Chartered or working towards chartership
- Experience in managing design quality control processes
- Effective collaboration within multidisciplinary and diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of CDM regulations and responsibilities
