Position: MEP Project Manager
The MEP Project Manager will take charge of the mechanical and electrical components of a significant construction project. This role entails supervising onsite teams, subcontractors, and design professionals, while also nurturing client relationships and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the Mechanical and Electrical team on site.
- Evaluate designs and drawings to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
- Support value engineering, variations, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Facilitate meetings and inspections concerning design, construction, and safety.
Qualifications
- Holder of a CSCS managers card.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction sector.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Capability to ensure project completion and achieve commercial objectives.
