Care Services Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at NFP People Careers. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services while mentoring and coaching teams to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor teams to deliver high-quality care services and support
- Conduct regular supervisions for support workers to ensure they are meeting care standards
- Assist with covering absence and sickness of the staff team to ensure continuity of care
- Conduct medication audits, spot checks, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with care standards
- Supervise staff team to dispense medication and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Participate in quality control audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a care management or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of care standards and regulations
