NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC) team in Argyll and Bute. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and treatment to patients in community settings, including wound management, long-term condition monitoring, and phlebotomy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective person-centered practice to meet the needs of patients in community settings.
- Oversee INR monitoring and dosing across Argyll and Bute, working closely with Band 6 colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with multi-professional teams to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of CTAC services, ensuring alignment with NHS Scotland's values and priorities.
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience working in community settings, with a focus on long-term condition management and wound care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
