Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at The Niche Partnership. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management and the board of directors.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified or part-qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, such as Management Accountant / Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Group Finance Manager / Group Financial Controller / Assistant Finance Manager / Assistant Financial Controller / Finance Operations Manager.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Confidence to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
