About the Role

As a Water Treatment Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on-site water treatment contractual obligations, consultancy, and audits against agreed scope of supply and timescales. You will also work on profitably growing our existing customer base by developing and quoting for upgrade sales and new business opportunities where possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill the contractual water treatment obligations, ensuring legal responsibilities are met.
  • Provide a consultancy service focusing on the management of water and steam quality to improve the efficiency of the plant, comply with legislation, reduce energy consumption, lower maintenance costs, and reduce plant downtime.
  • Follow up pre-qualified leads and seek opportunities for up-selling, passing pre-qualified leads to colleagues, as appropriate.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • Experience working for a well-established Water Treatment company in a hands-on Service Chemist/Account Manager position.
  • Knowledge of Testing and Legionella is essential.
  • Great customer service skills and communication.
  • Great stakeholder management experience.
  • Account Management experience is desired but not essential.
