Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: You will be responsible for checking and processing daily customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sales Administration: You will assist with sales administration tasks, including sales reports and data entry.
- Customer Communication: You will communicate daily with customers and warehouses to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Administrative Support: You may be required to provide administrative support to the accounts team, including purchase ledger invoices, raising invoices, and preparing month-end reports using Excel.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: You must be able to deliver accurate information with attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Excel skills are essential, and basic accounts experience on Sage or similar platforms would be beneficial.
