Job Summary:

i2i Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: You will be responsible for checking and processing daily customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Sales Administration: You will assist with sales administration tasks, including sales reports and data entry.
  • Customer Communication: You will communicate daily with customers and warehouses to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Administrative Support: You may be required to provide administrative support to the accounts team, including purchase ledger invoices, raising invoices, and preparing month-end reports using Excel.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: You must be able to deliver accurate information with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Excel skills are essential, and basic accounts experience on Sage or similar platforms would be beneficial.
