Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Supervisor to join our team at Omega Resource Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our stores, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to meet production and customer demands.
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive inventory control system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management and control.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
