About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Starbucks store in Tewkesbury. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift leaders to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
