We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our ambitious Anaesthesia and Ventilation Clinical Applications function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training in Respiratory Departments, ICU, and Theatres, focusing on Mindray Anaesthesia systems.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the knowledge point for customers to maximize value from Mindray products
- Liaise with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations, installations, and post-sales clinical support
- Provide product expertise to customers, educating them on the effective operation of our products
- Offer customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical setting
- Work with customers to define clinical configurations for safe and appropriate use
- Identify and communicate opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with Account Managers to generate profitable sales of Mindray Solutions
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectations
- Stay up-to-date with clinical, technical, and market knowledge
- Contribute to the design and development of product resources
- Manage and maintain timely training records
- Strong anaesthetic knowledge from working with Anaesthesiologists in theatre, using clinical expertise to provide support on Anaesthesia machines
- ODP/Nursing Degree or equivalent clinical experience
- Demonstrate experience of working autonomously
- Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives
- ICU, Theatre experience highly desired – ODP / Nursing/ Technical advantageous
- Commercial experience in a similar role advantageous
- Showcase previous project organization skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Ability to work in the UK without company sponsorship
