This full-time role is centered around preventing homelessness and offering essential support to young individuals in need. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of frontline workers, ensuring the safety and welfare of all hosts and staff involved in the service.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture vital partnerships with referral organizations
  • Take the lead in assessing the needs and risks associated with clients
  • Guarantee the health and safety of guests and volunteers
  • Oversee project budgets and manage petty cash effectively
  • Assist clients in acquiring the necessary skills for transitioning out of the service

  • Proven experience working with at-risk young people
